The Utah Tourism Industry Association (UTIA) is the collective voice of Utah's tourism industry. UTIA is a non-profit and works to advocate and educate about the importance of the visitor economy and its contributions to enhancing Utah's economy and quality of life.
The Tourism Works (TW) Silent Auction is a fundraising event for the industry's advocacy work. Please reach out if you are interested in contributing to the annual TW Silent Auction.

Where do I bid?

How do I bid?

Choose your bid amount, either an incremental bid OR a max bid.
You will be asked to enter your name and email, create a password, and enter your credit card information (to ensure that all bids are real).
Will I be notified if I win or am outbid?
Yes, you will receive notifications when you are outbid and to let you know if you are the winner at the auction's close.
How do I pay if I win?
By card: You can select to pay with the card you have on file
By check: Visit the Conference Registration Desk following the closing lunch to pay by check
When can I collect my items?
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY, SEPT 27TH, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CLOSING LUNCHEON.
Do you ship items?
No, Shipping / Delivery is NOT available for any items.
Do I have to pay the “fees”?
Platform fee: BetterWorld includes a suggested contribution. This fee is optional. You will see this optional fee as you check out.
Credit Card fees: 2.9% +$0.30. While this fee is also optional, we greatly appreciate it when winning bidders select to cover this fee as it allows UTIA to keep 100% of the silent auction earnings.
